How can I submit a GDPR request in Habbo Origins?

If you would like to request the information that we hold on your account, or would like to permanently delete your account from the Habbo Hotel: Origins service, please follow the following steps.

  1. If you are not already, make sure that you visit the Hotel View. You can get there by clicking on the room navigator and selecting ‘Hotel View’.
  2. In the bottom left corner, click on ‘Update my Habbo ID’.
  3. You will see your avatar. On the bottom right corner, click ‘Next’.
  4. Once you get to the next screen, you will be able to select the text ‘GDPR’.
  5. Click on the ‘GDPR’ text and you will get a pop up asking you to select if you would like to request access to your data or account deletion.
  6. Select what option you would like and within 30 days you will either get an email with all the data we hold on your account (request data access) or your avatar will be deleted. (Delete option)

If you select deletion, your account will be permanently deleted from Habbo Hotel: Origins. If you wish to delete your data in our other products, such as Habbo or Habbo X, you will need to submit a separate request within those games.
