Habbo Time is a standard in-game clock that shows the same time for all players across the three Habbo Hotel: Origins servers. It's aligned with UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) year-round.
You can check the current Habbo Time by opening The Bulletin, which appears when you log in or by clicking your avatar in the bottom left corner and selecting The Bulletin from the menu
